It applies to everything published by Trading with Ashley, LLC (“Trading with Ashley,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our websites, courses, videos, live and recorded sessions, community, emails, text messages, social media, advertisements, sales calls, our AI assistants (“Ask Ashley AI” and the “TWA Trade Playbook”), any AI agent that communicates with you on our behalf, and other automated features, and to statements made by our owners, instructors, coaches, employees, representatives, and affiliates.
Trading with Ashley is an educational publisher. We teach general concepts about options trading to a broad audience. Neither Trading with Ashley nor any of its owners, instructors, coaches, employees, or representatives, including Ashley, is a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner, and none of us is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the National Futures Association, or any state securities regulator. Nothing we publish or say is personalized investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice, or a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or other financial instrument. Our content is general and impersonal in character, and you should not treat any of it as tailored to your circumstances.

Our instructors, including Ashley, sometimes show their own completed trades and results as teaching examples. Those examples illustrate concepts and methods. They are not a representation of the profitability of our education, they are not typical of members’ results, and they are not a prediction of what you will earn. Our instructors have years of experience, and their capital, risk tolerance, and circumstances differ from yours. Their results are not your results.
Some examples we show may be hypothetical or simulated, including results from paper-trading exercises or simulated accounts.

Testimonials on our websites and in our marketing are the individual experiences and opinions of the people who gave them. They are not representative of the results that members typically achieve and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Members sometimes share their own trades, screenshots, or results in our community or on social media. Those posts are the members’ own statements. We do not independently verify them, and they are not our representation of what you can expect. Members give us permission in the Program Enrollment Agreement to use posts, screenshots, and testimonials they share in our marketing, and the rules on this page still apply when we do. A material connection between an endorser and Trading with Ashley, such as employment, a coaching role, a commission, or free or discounted access, is disclosed where the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255) require.
Trading with Ashley may receive compensation when you open an account with, purchase from, or sign up with a broker, tool, or other third party that we mention or link to. We do not currently operate an affiliate or referral program. Our coaches and sales representatives are paid by us for their work. Any compensation we receive does not change our disclosure obligations, and you should consider it when evaluating anything we say about a third party.
No one who speaks for Trading with Ashley, including our employees, coaches, sales representatives, affiliates, referral partners, and vendors, and no AI agent that communicates on our behalf, is authorized to make earnings claims on our behalf, including statements about how much Ashley, our coaches, or our members earn, have earned, or aim to earn, or to make promises or guarantees of results, projections of income, or personalized investment recommendations. This includes dollar amounts, percentage returns, “goal” percentages, multiples such as “10X,” statements about how much can be made in a given amount of time, and statements that participating will let someone quit a job, achieve financial freedom, or buy a home, a vehicle, or a vacation. Any such statement is unauthorized, is not binding on Trading with Ashley, and should not be relied on. If you encounter one, please report it to support@tradingwithashley.com.

Any figure, example, trade, or backtest an assistant produces is illustrative and educational only, and is not a representation of results that any member has achieved or will achieve. Outputs are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a person before they are displayed to you, and an assistant may produce information that is incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Nothing an assistant produces is personalized investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and Sections 1 through 10 of this disclosure apply to its outputs as they do to everything else we publish.
